Table Tennis Club Mr. Yuma Tsuboi Claims Victory at the 14th Nihon Gakusei Senbatsu Takkyu Senshuken Taikai

The 14th Nihon Gakusei Senbatsu Takkyu Senshuken Taikai was held at Towa Pharmaceutical RACTAB Dome on November 24 and 25. A member of the Table Tennis Club Mr. Yuma Tsuboi (third-year student of the School of Health and Physical Education) claimed victory at the tournament.

Mr. Tsuboi made a courtesy visit to President Kyosuke Nagata and Vice President for Student Affairs Shin-ichi Tamagawa on December 8 to report the result of the tournament. He was accompanied to the courtesy visit by Professor Hisashi Sanada, Provost of the School of Health and Physical Education and Assistant Professor Taro Ando of the Faculty of Health and Sport Sciences (Table Tennis Club Manager).

When asked about his future goal, he said he aims to claim victory at the All Japan Table Tennis Championships. At the end of the meeting, President Nagata and Vice President Tamagawa praised him for his performance and offered him encouraging words.
