Entrance Ceremony 2018

Welcome address by the president Nagata

The entrance ceremony for the undergraduate school, graduate school, and the Acupuncture and Physical Therapy Teacher Training School for the academic year 2018 was held at the Tsukuba International Congress Center on April 6. Newly enrolled students included 2,176 undergraduate students, 96 transfer students, 16 Acupuncture and Physical Therapy Teacher Training School students, and 2,407 graduate students.

President Kyosuke Nagata gave an address at the ceremony, followed by introduction of board of directors. At the end of the ceremony? the song "Imagine the Future" was performed by the following singers: professional singer Mr. Paul Ballard, Mr. Yuki Sato of the Graduate School of Comprehensive Human Sciences, Ms. Mai Takafuji of the Graduate School of Comprehensive Human Sciences, Ms. Marina Yasuda of the Graduate School of Life and Environmental Sciences, and Ms. Chise Togawa of the School of Humanities and Culture.
