President NAGATA Meets with MIT President
President NAGATA with MIT President Sally Kornbluth

On September 4, President NAGATA Kyosuke of the University of Tsukuba visited the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he met with MIT President Sally Kornbluth and Vice Provost for International Activities Duane Boning.

During the meeting, they reviewed past collaborations between University of Tsukuba and MIT faculty members and exchanged views on notable research achievements as well as potential directions for future joint research.
As the core university of Tsukuba Science City, the University of Tsukuba has a long-standing record of collaboration with national research institutes, organizations, and domestic and international companies. Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening cooperation by building on their respective strengths.
